Corporate virtual wine tasting are a great way to get your clients, prospects, teams together for a fun event. When the time comes, Elizabeth will host the wine tasting to ensure that you and your guests have an unforgettable corporate virtual wine tasting experience. Together we’ll bust some of the most common wine myths, discover hidden gems of the wine world and arm you with tips and tricks to impress your friends. Instructions on chilling and preparing the wines are included and, at the appointed hour, I lead your group through a fun and engaging corporate virtual wine tasting experience, aimed at demystifying the wine world and bringing light and laughter to your guests.
Every Elizabeth & Wine event has a dedicated team tracking all the wine and cheese deliveries to your guests addresses, working around the clock to ensure a smooth event for you.
Locations
We arrange for wines to be shipped from top merchants in London, New York, Singapore and other global locations to each person’s home in plenty of time for your event. If your guests are all in the UK we need two weeks notice. For global events, we need three weeks notice to arrange your corporate virtual wine tasting. Corporate virtual wine tastings are held over Zoom (or your preferred video platform), and group sizes range from 6 up to 300.
UK Event & Pricing
The cost per household is £129 (two bottles of wine for each household) or £149 (three bottles each) plus VAT. If you want more expensive wines, then I can adjust the price to any budget.
Global Event & Pricing
For global events, prices start from £999 per event to include a dedicated team available 24/7 for your event, tracking your wine and cheese deliveries. In addition to the global event fee, the cost of wines is similar to the UK £129-£149 per person (for a 2 or 3 bottle event). Delivery costs do vary globally and this may affect the final proposal fee.
Cheese & Chocolate
You can request selection of artisan cheese and meats selected by hand to complement your wines, supplied by top global cheese merchants from £49 (including cheeses, meats, crackers, preserve and olives for each household) plus VAT. Or why not add chocolate – I can arrange for a selection of homemade chocolate bars to pair with the wines - three bars including UK delivery £39 plus VAT. We also have a network of leading wine, cheese and chocolate merchants globally – most things are possible!
Themes
I love to explore exciting, innovative wine themes with my clients. We can find out about 'ESG wines' (i.e. climate-friendly wines), hidden gems, holiday themes (where we all get to taste the wines of a favourite country like Italy or Spain), ‘women in wine’ (all wines made by female winemakers), wines made exclusively by winemakers of colour or any other theme you’d like to explore.
What else?
We can arrange for your wine to arrive in wooden boxes branded with your logo, as well as supplying corporate branded gifts like bottle openers, personalised gift messages or branded inserts - please just ask on enquiry!
