Gamay
Gamay appears in 3 articles of hers, from 2022 to 2026.
In her words
Cru Beaujolais wines are produced from the same Gamay grape but come from specific villages with distinct terroirs and stricter quality standards.
• Pinot Noir, lighter body, soft tannins, bright red fruit• Beaujolais (Gamay), fresh, juicy, and naturally lower in tannin• Bardolino, delicate, lifted, and incredibly easy to drink
This is my favourite, a gamay style meant to be served chilled.
