These terms apply to any corporate, virtual, private or vineyard wine tasting event booked through Elizabeth & Wine (elizabeth@elizabethandwine.com, 07850 855 818).
Bookings and quotes
Every event is quoted individually based on guest numbers, wine selection, venue and date. A quote is not a confirmed booking until it is agreed in writing and the deposit is paid. Wine, venue, catering and other third-party costs are confirmed as part of your bespoke proposal.
Booking and cancellation terms
All event bookings are subject to the following terms:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure the event date.
- The remaining balance is due one month before the event.
- If an event is cancelled more than three months before the event date, the 50% deposit remains non-refundable, but no further event fee will be payable.
- If an event is cancelled within three months of the event date, 100% of the agreed event fee is payable.
- Any non-refundable costs already committed on the client’s behalf, including wine, venue, travel, staffing or other third-party costs, will also be payable.
- Changes of date are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation where Elizabeth & Wine is unable to accommodate the new date.
By confirming a booking and paying the deposit, the client agrees to these Booking & Cancellation Terms.

All events are intended for audiences of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly. Guidance is available at drinkaware.co.uk.
