She is very knowledgeable, and explains things is a very easy to follow way. She chose some great wines, and the details she provided about the wines was excellent. The sessions very very relaxed and light hearted. I would thoroughly recommend. Elizabeth is also very happy to help with wine ideas

A few days ago my wife and I participated in a 'virtual' wine and cheese tasting event run by Elizabeth and it was an entirely enjoyable, informative evening. Elizabeth worked in a entirely professional and very friendly way, engaging with all participants, and we all gained much information about the various wines and cheeses being sampled, and how to best enjoy them. Sometimes they can feel like you get some cheap bottles of wine with no real experience and just a quick 2 minutes on each wine so thank you for taking us and our customers through a real experience, we had great feedback! A very clever industry partner organised a "Zoom" Wine and cheese evening last week and 14 of us were present from across the country. What a wonderful evening it was. With good humour and excellent wines. We were able to talk, discuss, ask Elizabeth questons and to watch slides and try superb wines. Elizabeth was notionally "in the char" but she kept everything flowing and involved us all in the proceedings. A thoroughly entertaining evening so huge thanks to Elizabeth and also mention must be made of our hosts Suzuki. Fabulous.
