Pinot Bianco
Pinot Bianco appears in 7 articles of hers, from 2023 to 2026.
In her words
A blend of Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and a touch of Sauvignon Blanc, from the high-altitude vineyards of Alto Adige.
The wine list leans confidently Italian, which I love and enjoy Pinot Bianco from Alto Adige.
In Alto Adige, it’s also very common to see German names and words on the label - you may find a bottle of Weißburgunder instead of Pinot Bianco.
This beautiful fizz blends Chardonnay (75%), Pinot Nero (15%) and Pinot Bianco (10%) grapes from 134 vineyards, each vinified with precision and blended with 20% of reserves wines.
