Dive deeper into the world of Champagne with this comparative tasting, where we explore the craftsmanship behind Grower Champagnes. Which will you prefer - the distinct characteristics of small-batch, terroir-driven Champagnes or the consistency and prestige of the great houses?
Whichever route you choose, I will ensure that the food pairings wow your guests - with truffles, salmon, seafood and Parmesan crisps to enhance the experience.

No & Low Wine Tastings, a product that just keeps getting better!
No and low alcohol options are improving all the time, so much so that my no and low events are now almost as popular as the ‘with alcohol’ equivalents!
Join me in a unique tasting to explore the new and growing world of no & low-alcohol alternatives, comparing low alcohol (6-7% wine) to no alcohol at 0%. Whether you're a sceptic or a fan, this tasting will challenge perceptions and introduce you to exciting alternatives that mimic the complexity of wine without the alcohol.
Guests will taste four non-alcoholic alternatives to the four low alcohol wines, being sparkling, white, red and rose. We’ll explore their aromas, textures, and flavours while discussing how they are made and why they work as substitutes.

Champagne at Altitude
Why do Champagne, oysters and altitude go so well together? Champagne and oysters are a classic pairing because of their bright acidity, minerality, and umami richness, the crisp bubbles cut through the briny, creamy texture of oysters perfectly.
I create unforgettable events, wine tastings and experiences for you and your guests.
