It’s not easy impressing clients these days. Everyone’s so busy, the senior people you want to reach are so in demand - and people want something different from the same old events.
Perhaps you’re the person everyone turns to for new ideas for client experiences — but who’s looking after you?
With 15 years of experience hosting corporate wine tastings in the City, I know how to create unforgettable experiences that impress senior leaders and keep clients talking. I also understand the pressure you’re under to deliver fresh, standout events - often with no time to spare.
Don’t worry - I’ve got you. I’ve curated four exciting new food and wine experiences perfect for your next event. I’ll take care of everything: writing the invites, booking the venue, and managing all the details - giving you time back and the confidence that it’s handled.
1. Join me on a wine-themed walking tour of the City of London
Let me be your guide through the storied streets of The City to discover my hidden gems – my personally curated selection of the very best wine bars to be found in The City.
This is an immersive experience taking in three different wine bars around The City and a wonderful way to discover the medieval alleyways of The City of London. An absolute must for anyone with the slightest interest in wine’s role in creating the fabric of our city.
The tour lasts around 2-2.5 hours and you need to wear comfortable shoes to walk in.
I also offer a “Wines of the West End” tour if you prefer!
The “City of London wine walk” experience is suitable for groups of between 15-20. Email me to find out more or make your booking!
2. Gin Speakeasy Tour – with Create-Your-Own Moment
Are you a gin lover? If so, this experience is tailormade to you!
Book my Gin Speakeasy experience with your group to visit three secret speakeasies – Bantof in Soho, Archive & Myth (one of the world’s top 50 bars) and Mr.Fogg’s Hat Tavern to learn from the best in the gin business, understand the history and flavours of this intriguing spirit which has such strong associations with London - and learn to blend your perfect G&T in a final immersive session. Think secret doors, juniper journeys, and serious flavour!

Does chardonnay match with fried chicken? What on earth should you open when eating spicy food? What about red wine with fish!?

3. Seven Dials Flavour Pairing Experience
Join me in “The Bookshop” – a fabulous private space set in London’s coolest food hall in Covent Garden. This unique private room will become our hub for a kaleidoscope of flavour pairing as we access the cuisines of the world from more than twenty independent food and drink traders — from Gipsy Hill beer to Singaporean street food, Soko sushi and Uzbek dumplings. Expect a flavour-first evening with expert-led pairings and free-flowing fun. As well as wine and beer, this experience offers perfectly matched premium non-alcoholic cocktails and wines.
The “Seven Dials” experience is suitable for groups of up to 50 people.

Be a winemaker for the day – Fulham
Let me take you and your guests to the “London Cru” winery in Fulham for a hands-on experience where we’ll tour London’s only working winery, taste our way through the winemaking process and deepen your sensory skills.
But the highlight of the day will be blending your own wine! Once we’ve honed your sensory skills and heightened your palate, you and your guests will use your newfound skills to blend your own wine. Even better - you’ll all be able to take your creation home to share with your family.
We break the day up with a lovely two-course lunch at The Atlas pub and everyone gets a gift bottle to go home with.
The “Be a Winemaker” experience is suitable for groups of between 15-20.
These ‘experience events’ are proving so popular - and you can trust me that it will be engaging, expertly hosted, and leave a lasting impression on your guests. My mission is to make you look brilliant while saving you time!
