What does a Wine Safari in a London office look like?

What does a Wine Safari in a London office look like?

Well, a bit like this.

Six wines. Three live vocalists. 150 people moving around the room.

No seating plan. No “stand here and listen”. Just people exploring, tasting, and figuring it out as they went.

Last month we got to work with monday.com for their International Women’s Day event…

We built three stations, each with its own energy.

Bright, expressive whites with Clara Pople’s looping, layered sounds.

Deeper, bolder reds alongside Temm’s more atmospheric set.

And rosé (yes, rosé) with LDYA’s warm, soulful energy.

You could feel the shift pretty quickly.

People weren’t stuck in the usual small talk. They were moving, asking questions, comparing wines, going back for a second taste.

Which is always when you know it’s working.

Because the difference with this kind of format is simple:

You give people something to engage with, and the room opens up.

I had Jessica Summer and Sophia Longhi alongside me helping guide the tasting, keeping it open, relaxed and easy to get involved in.

In a city full of beautiful venues, it’s rarely the space that makes the difference.

It’s what you give people to do once they’re in it.
