On the tenth day of Christmas, we traveled to Tuscany, and we found ourselves in the heartland of Chianti. And everyone knows Chianti. We've had this a 100 times in Italian restaurants before. Do you remember those old, bottles with the wicker baskets underneath? Well, that's Chianti for you. This you can find for £15 in Ocado. Now my top tip is to look for producers you love. I am a huge fan of the Banffi wines. They have wines that sell for over a £100 per bottle, and they also make wines which are £15 and 10 pounds. Now the grape here is Sangiovese. It's perfect with Italian food, your pizzas, your T bone steaks, your pastas. It's awesome. Always go by great producers. Banffi.
