How long does wine last in your fridge? Up to one week. But what if you know you're not going to be home for the next few days and therefore potentially your wine is going to go off? Top tip, freeze your wine including white wine. I have an oyster based Sauvignon Blanc here. I'm going to pour it into these ice cube trays. I'm going to freeze the wine. So when I know that I'm making fish for dinner and I need a sauce, then I can perfectly pop out some of these ice cubes. If I know that I have got a stew or a curry, I have white wine ready to be used.
