It's the Aperol spritz time. How to make the perfect Aperol spritz? You need a wine glass. Fill it full of ice. Get yourself your Aperol. Pour yourself a 50 mil measuring. Pour yourself 50 mil measure of a good Prosecco and top it up with soda, all in equal measures. Then drop yourself an orange in. This is a really refreshing cocktail low in alcohol because only 11% ABV, both the Prosecco and also both the Aperol. The Aperol is what gives it this gorgeous bright orange color, and it comes from the Veneto region. There you are. You can imagine it standing on the canals in Venice, enjoying an Aperol after work. Aperol is made with bitters, herbs, and orange, and rhubarb. So it gives it that lovely flavor. Enjoy.
