So how to open a bottle of sparkling? Firstly, this needs to come out the fridge freezing cold. Ideally, six to eight degrees. Colder, the better. Then when you take your bottle, they have a hole in the bottom, which you can put the thumb into. All you need to do is put your right hand around the base of the base of the bottle, and you're then going to take off the foil. Now you have a small little dot where you're going to pull, and it's going to probably come up for you, and you're going to find cage underneath. Now this cage is really important because what it does is it helps keep the cork in. Basically, have up to seven times of pressure in this bottle. So it's enormous. Therefore, if this explodes, it's dangerous. You need to make sure this isn't facing any of your friends. It's not facing a window. There's no hazards. And that is why you have an extra cage over the top. So you just pull down the lever at the back and you're gonna start to twist it. I'm gonna put it on the back on the table and I'm gonna put my thumb over the top. This is so it doesn't explode. I want to make sure I'm always in contact with the cork. Then what you do is you hold it on a slight angle, you're gonna twist the bottle, not the cork here. Now, Praseko is always typically a little bit harder to do than others. There you go. And you pour to the widest point. I've already got some in the glass. Cheers.
