Wine and chocolate go really well together, especially white chocolate. Why? Because white chocolate isn't real chocolate. Why? Because it doesn't have any cacao, just cacao fat. So it's really versatile and will go really well, firstly, with a chardonnay. Chardonnay comes from all across the world. This is one of my favorites. This is from South Africa and by Creation Vineyards. It says chardonnay. And what about chocolate with caramel? A lover? Me too. Therefore, I would look for Prosecco Rose to go with my caramel chocolate. Now if you're going into the world of dark chocolate, so dark chocolate officially is anything from 35% to 99%. In my opinion, that 35% is not dark chocolate. Over 65% is what dark chocolate is, and that's where your heavier reds can really stand on their own with dark chocolate. Dark chocolate, we're looking at here, winds. This is from Australia, and we have an amazing Shiraz. You could go with your Cabernet Sauvignon. You could go with your Malbec. My top tip when you're looking to buy chocolate, there should only be three ingredients, and that is cacao, sugar, and water.
