What is Carva? Whilst France has champagne and Italy has Prosecco, Spain has Carva. It's the sparkling wine of Spain. And Carva is made in the same method as champagne, just minus the price tag. In that traditional method, when second fermentation happens in the bottle. We know this is more labor intensive. It takes more time. A lot more love goes into it, but it doesn't have the price tag, which is just phenomenal. The Carva is an awesome alternative buy than champagne, famously coming from really close to Barcelona.
