So many people tell me that the restaurant wine list makes them anxious! You’re never quite sure if that bottle is good value, which wine you should order and what it will actually taste like when they open it! And, worse, what if it’s corked?!
You’re not alone, and this is exactly why I’ve created my new FREE London Wine Club.
Every 4 weeks, I’ll host a relaxed 30-minute Zoom session to walk through real wine lists from London restaurants. I’ll show you what’s worth ordering, what to avoid, what foods to pair, and even recommend similar supermarket wines you can enjoy at home.
You’ll also learn:
How to read a wine list like a pro.
Which regions and grapes to look out for.
What the wine jargon actually means.
And how to spot value on even the most overwhelming lists.
My goal is to build a community of professionals that feel more empowered to order wines and impress their work colleagues, family and friends.
