Casino tables, supermarket Christmas bottles and IWD 2026
Whether you’re planning a partner conference, Christmas party, or looking ahead to International Women’s Day, wine can be the perfect connector professional, fun, and never predictable.
Here’s what I’ve been creating with clients lately.

Casino-style wine tasting - Can you guess which wine is £100 and which is £10?
Are you hosting a large conference or client event, and need an activity to bridge the gap between the day’s sessions and dinner? That’s exactly where my casino table wine tasting fits in; it always brings out everyone’s competitive spirit!
I set up in the corner of your event, adding atmosphere without interrupting flow. Guests gather around, blind taste three wines, and rank them by price (£10, £30, £100). It’s fast, high-energy, and sparks conversation instantly.
Why it works:
Fits flexibly into large-scale events (from 60 to 300+)
Works brilliantly as a drop-in activity
Adds theatre and interaction without taking over the room

International Women’s Day
March 2026 will be here before we know it, and it’s the ideal time to celebrate women in wine. I’ve hosted IWD events for firms including Paul Hastings and Morgan Lewis, creating line-ups of female winemakers that inspire, I share their personal stories and how they have overcome challenges. This is a guaranteed great night!
Expect stories from pioneers like Sam O’Keefe in South Africa whose farm burnt down a few year ago, Wang Fang in China, who has to bury the vines in the winter as it's so cold, and Australia’s Vanya Cullen with over 1705 different species of grass in her vineyard. A night of celebration that’s thought provoking and creates lasting connections and memories.

Supermarket wines for Christmas
My Christmas supermarket wine tastings are perfect for an in-office celebration with your team. I’ll showcase wines at three price points £10, £20, and £30 to keep everyone happy (yes, even your mother-in-law). And I’ll show you which supermarkets to shop at for the best bottles in each range. It’s such a fun night!

Hot openings
London’s hottest restaurants have just opened their private dining rooms, the perfect chance to impress clients and be first through the door with my wine dinners.
One Club Row, Shoreditch, New York-style private dining room for up to 60 people. Think ‘London’s best burger’ paired with Barolo and Brunello.
The Devonshire, Soho, classic London pub downstairs, with a brand-new private dining space upstairs for a more exclusive client night. Expect wood-ember grilled Scottish beef (dry-aged and butchered on site), creel-caught langoustines from Oban, day-boat fish, lobster and hand-dived scallops from Devon.

Team training
I recently hosted an in-depth training session for the London events team at global law firm A&O Shearman. With new joiners onboard, my goal was to help build the team’s confidence in placing wine orders for partner dinners and retreats.
Together we:
Demystified restaurant wine lists
Tackled common jargon and terminology
Tasted through a structured line-up
Built a unique and bespoke wine roadmap: which wines to order by season, by cuisine, and by occasion. For example, Thai beef salad vs beef bourguignon requires different wines.
Fancy this for you or your team? Please be in touch.
