Method:Build Campari and vermouth over ice in a highball. Top with Prosecco, stir gently, and finish with an orange slice. The bitter-sweet profile and sparkle give it a warming, sophisticated edge.
3. Bellini
Soft, peachy and effortlessly elegant.
