45 Women in Property with Cynergy Bank at Stem + Stem | Corporate Wine Tasting & Networking Event in London

Updated: May 20

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a daytime Women in Property networking event at Stem + Stem with guests from Cynergy Bank — and honestly, the daytime format felt like such a refreshing change.

From 2:30pm to 5pm, the space was filled with conversation, laughter, and the kind of energy that only happens when a room full of ambitious, engaged women come together in the right environment. With 45 guests attending, the afternoon quickly became far more than a standard networking event. It felt warm, relaxed, and genuinely engaging.

As the sunlight poured through the windows at Stem + Stem, guests moved naturally between conversations over a thoughtfully curated wine selection designed to encourage connection rather than formality. That’s always my goal with corporate wine tastings and networking events: making people feel comfortable quickly.

Because the reality is, wine events are rarely just about the wine itself.

They’re about what happens around it.

The right structure, venue, pacing, and atmosphere can completely change how people interact with each other. Instead of awkward introductions or forced networking, conversations begin naturally. People stay longer. They relax. They connect.

That’s exactly why I love hosting events at Stem + Stem. The venue strikes a balance between polished and welcoming, with bright interiors, beautiful styling, and enough warmth to make guests feel immediately at ease. It works brilliantly for client entertaining, professional networking events, leadership gatherings, and team celebrations in London.

For this event, the wine selection was intentionally approachable and conversation-led. The tasting element gave guests something easy to engage with, helping to create flow across the room without the event ever feeling overly technical or formal.

Creating bespoke corporate wine experiences like this is at the heart of what I do. Whether it’s an intimate client dinner, a standing networking event, a large-scale Wine Safari, or a guided tasting for professional teams, the focus is always the same:

  • creating an experience that feels effortless for guests

  • using wine as a catalyst for conversation

  • helping people connect naturally

  • delivering something polished, memorable, and genuinely enjoyable

If you’re planning a corporate wine tasting in London, a client networking event, or a women-led industry gathering, I’d love to help create something tailored to your audience and brand.

Because when the format is right, networking stops feeling like networking — and starts feeling like an experience people genuinely remember.
