I tried 18 different Chablis wines and had the chance to meet and chat with Chablis winemakers, Theo and Marie Charlene from Vignon Bladon and their brother and sister, and I had the chance to chat with other wine lovers, now Shabley wine lovers. On arrival, we were given pretty Shabley. That's bright and citrus perfect after work. I also enjoyed Domaine Savorant. Great wine. So precise. These are brilliant wines to go with food. Easily have these with a heavenly fish pie, a creamy chicken curry, or best of all, just some platters of ham, cheeses, or seafood.
