Hey. Alpine wines. Look where I am. I'm in Italy, and most importantly, I'm in the middle of the Turland winery. I'm 500 meters above sea level in this very, very steep vineyard drinking amazing Pinot Blanc, which I adore. One of the reasons I love Alpine wine is because because of its freshness. So day to night temperatures change drastically. This keeps the freshness about the wine, but also we've had this in large oak barrels for one and a half years. So you get this round, unctuous, what am looking for? It's generous. A bit more generous, slightly more weighty but not overly oaked. I can't say that. Hang on a second. So one and a half years, this goes into large old oak barrels which helps the wine have a bit more body. Cheers.
