Now Bordeaux makes amazing Cabernet Sauvignon. And the second place is Napa Valley in California. Amazing places with huge price tags. I would recommend looking for the Kunawara, which is in Australia. Very famous for these terra rozza soils. And here is where you will find amazing value for money, but outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon because they have the climate and they have the right soil.
